Mahalo sold in Auckland

Originally christened as “A squared”, the 30-metre yacht “Mahalo” has been sold after 211 days on the market. The deal was concluded in Auckland, New Zealand, with Geoff Moore from West Nautical representing the seller and Will Christie of Y.CO introducing the buyer. “Mahalo” was built by Mulder Shipyard in 2014 and features exterior design by Guido de Groot Design.

The Mulder 98 Flybridge “Mahalo” is powered by twin Caterpillar C32 engines with a capacity of 1685hp each. The yacht has a fuel capacity of 17,000 liters. At a speed of ten knots, this gives a Trans-Atlantic range of approximately 3,300 nm.

At her launch, the exterior design embodied the next stage in the evolution of the Mulder range of semi-displacement Flybridge motor yachts. Her dynamic lines and anthracite-coloured bimini emphasizes her length while the softness of the yacht’s surfaces adds an extra air of class. Thanks to a generous length of 98 feet, the yacht is optimally proportioned to allow for maximum indoor and outdoor living space.
