Breedendam sixzero taking shape

Founded in 1976, Breedendam shipyard has built up an excellent name in the construction of traditional luxury sloops. In addition to such sloops, Breedendam Yachts focuses also in the construction of the Breedendam MTB, a beautifully lined retro style tender with a design based on the Motor Torpedo Boat from World War II. The shipyard has already built several MTB 30s and MTB 33s and because of the success of the MTBs, it was decided to renew the MTB line, outfitting the yachts with the latest technologies and with the interior and exterior design by Guido de Groot Design.

As you can see in this amazing time-lapse video the first Breedendam Sixzero is taking shape in spectacular fashion. The meticulous construction of her iconic hull has resulted in a fine foundation for the craftsmen at the yard to showcase their finishing skills. This 19.60-metre beauty was designed by Guido de Groot for a repeat client and will be a superb addition to the growing Breedendam fleet. As well as her unique lines and debonair classic looks, this launch model for the Sixzero series will feature a wonderful owner’s suite, a VIP in the foredeck, a guest cabin and accommodation for two crew.
