Awards for LALABE

We are proud to announce that the 35-metre LALABE, built by Van der Valk Shipyard, has been honoured with an award for Outstanding Exterior Design and an award for Outstanding Interior Design at the BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards in Kitzbühel last weekend. Following this triple win, LALABE has now also been nominated as a finalist in the World Superyacht Awards 2026, in the category of Semi-Displacement or Planing Motor Yachts – 35m to 39.9m. The awards ceremony will take place on 1–2 May 2026 in Venice, Italy.

Designed inside out by our design studio, LALABE represents the pinnacle of boutique yachtbuilding, successfully meeting an ambitious brief that combined voluminous interiors with extensive outdoor areas, accommodation for owners plus 10 guests, crew quarters for eight permanent crew, and a semi-displacement hull with transatlantic range—all within just 35 metres.
